Structure
Polo tecnologico is located near Pisa city.
The structure is formed from a set of restructured buildings in a old industrial area for support the technological companies' settlement.
Area: more then 60.000 m³ of building for 60 single blocks, 15 for incubator projects.
At the moment a 4th lot of 3000 mq is under construction, on Cascina initiative, thanks to funds from Toscana and from cofunding of Polo Navacchio Spa.
Polo continues to expand with the project of 5th lot of 5.000 mq, by architect Mario Cucinella.
The building, which have a great architectonical relevance, rises for new hi-tech companies that want to seize the opportunity to taking part of hi-tech companies network to increase the development of innovation and of their competitiveness.
